How does FriendLore work?
At FriendLore, we make gift-giving more personal and fun! Here’s how it works:

1. Choose a product —themed wrapping paper, designs, or other customizable items.
2. Personalize it — On the product page, add name, age, appearance, and more.
3. Add to cart & checkout — Once your design looks perfect, add it to cart and order.
4. We take care of the rest — Your unique product is printed and shipped to your door!


🖨️ How Our Products Are Made

What type of business is FriendLore?
FriendLore works with trusted Print-on-Demand (POD) partners. This means that your product is made only after you place your order. Each piece is printed especially for you — allowing personalization, reducing waste, and ensuring every order is one-of-a-kind.

What does “Print-on-Demand” mean?
Instead of keeping pre-made inventory, Print-on-Demand companies produce items as they’re ordered. When you buy a personalized wrap, our print partner (like Printify’s U.S. print houses) receives your design, prints it on high-quality materials, and ships it directly to you. This process is what allows us to offer names, ages, and character customization — something traditional stores can’t easily do!

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, FriendLore ships within the United States only.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Production time can vary slightly, but most orders are printed and shipped within a few days. Once shipped, delivery times are:

Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!


đź’¬ Changes, Returns & Replacements

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Because our products are personalized and printed just for you, we’re unable to make changes once the order goes into production. Please double-check all spelling, names, and design choices before checking out.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is made uniquely for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your personalization carefully before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a printing issue?
We’re so sorry if that happens! If your product arrives with a visible defect — such as poor print quality, misalignment, or damage in shipping — we’ll gladly help you request a replacement from our print partner.

To do this, please email us at friend@friendlore.net within 7 days of delivery, including:

1. Clear photos of the defect or damage
2. Your order number
3. A short note describing the issue

We’ll review the information and work with our print partner to get you a replacement as quickly as possible.

Can I see a preview before ordering?
Yes! Our online customizer lets you preview your personalized product on the product page before adding it to your cart.

Where are your products printed?
Our products are printed and fulfilled through U.S.-based print partners that specialize in high-quality materials and fast turnaround times.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
